The core flame retardant conveyor belt is plastified with PVC paste. The belt core is knitted with high strength chemical fiber and cotton yarn. The top and bottom layers are pressed, squeezed, coated and scrapped with coating with excellent perfomance. The products are plastified or vulcanized by by high temperature. The force material of core conveyor belt is made with high strength polyester filament for industry, nylon filament cotton yarn of good quality. With the features of non-delamination, i***ct and tear resistance, good trough ability , they are adaptive to the use of mechanical or vulcanized splices. Besides low cost and convenience of maintance , the product is characterized with excellent performance s of safety, flame and static electricity retardant. It is used especially for the goods transportation in long distance under the mines and other situations in need of fire prevention and anti-electricity.
With canvas of good quality as its skeleton, conveyor belts with cotton canvas core are pressed and covered with paste of excellent performance and finally vulcanized under high pressure and temperature. The products are widely used in the sectors of ***ks, mine, metallurgy ,power and building materials. They are adaptive to the transportation of lumpy ,granular and powered materials without special corrosivity in normal temperature.
